Job Description

Human resources officers develop and implement strategies that help their employers select and retain appropriately qualified staff within that business sector. They recruit staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions. Human resources officers also administer the payroll, review salaries and advise on remuneration benefits and employment law.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

  • Work Experience: 4 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year Trainee Human Capital Management, or equivalent in banking industry.

  • Salary: Attractive ( as per the new bank scale)

  • Job Grade:X

  • Work place: West Finfinne, East Finfinne, North Finfinne, South Finfinne, Adama, Shashemene, Hawassa, Nekemte, Jimma and Dire Dawa Districts.
