Job Description
Ensure company’s inventory management is conducted effectively and efficiently.
Ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of stock transaction both in the system and physical movement through optimization.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate inventory with business systems or processes, such as sales, procurement, production, and/or finance.
Communicate any information needed to receive our procured materials/items to suppliers using appropriate communication media to improve efficiency, speed, and quality.

Planning and organization of supply and demand of the companies.
Analyzing the supply and demand of the company’s product through well-developed MRP, PPIC, and S&OP and forecasting
Monitoring supply (materials) tracking, design and implement tools for coordination among sales, production & procurement plans.
Coordinating inventory management activities through a well-developed inventory management tool, working with Warehouse & Logistics Manager, and category specialist to analyze material need.
Determine and provide When and how much to order data for all materials category using the inventory management policy.
Seek incoming shipment notification at the stage of order for all items both local and abroad form procurement section.
Make Sure SAP tools are implemented, and material requirement plan (MRP) is proceeded through the system.
Track stock status for efficient inventory planning and control function to focus on analyzed stock outage or storage shortage.
Work closely with warehouse management head for the proper receipt of incoming goods and outgoing shipments.
Ensure that all stock transaction follow FIFO method (using stock tagging/ date of receipt and quantity).
Make sure that all materials/items requested by different departments are proper and made properly in the system and dully authorized.
Ensure stored items, products, NPI, Spare parts and materials adequately and accurately marked for proper identification and easily located.
Make sure that cycle counts (perpetual inventory) are conducted at least once in a 2-week period to identify if there is a discrepancy and make sure reported immediately (To Tally system & Physical balance).
Liaise with count team and others on matters pertaining to inventory management.
Lead any periodical Physical inventory exercises when requested.
Documentation (Posting) and reporting that keeps principle of record keeping (Clarity, accuracy and timeliness) and communication concerning Inventory Management operation of the company.
Supervise Posting of product Receiving’s, returns, delivery and transfer in the system.
Ensure the reporting of invoiced but not delivered products on time and accurately.
Ensure Tracking of DO’s in order to assure there is no duplicated DO’s for doubled loading.
Up to date Posting of any material and NPI receiving’s, returns, delivery to internal customer in the system.
Provide incoming deliveries status report, and other analysis/reports periodically and up on request.
Ensure all warehouse records are up to date all the time including bin cards.
Ensure reconciliation of warehouse records and SAP with physical products.
Provide any Stock status report periodically and up on request using a well-developed inventory management policy tool including Alerting.
Prepare activity reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
Qualification:
A Minimum of BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Management, Accounting or any other related field of study
Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience as inventory management, planning and controlling preferably in FMCG industry.
