Job Requirements

• Qualifications: High school diploma, barista training preferred, flexible availability, attention to detail.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, extensive coffee knowledge, proficiency in equipment usage, strong communication skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve various coffee and tea beverages, maintain cleanliness, provide exceptional customer service, recommend based on preferences, and handle customer inquiries.
