The Soufflet Group is a French family-owned business which is collecting and adding value to agricultural raw materials through industrial milling and malting among other activities.

Soufflet started its operation in Ethiopia in 2017 in the barley supply chain and commissioned its malt factory in Addis Ababa in April 2021.

Soufflet aims to source/buy 100% of its raw material locally which represents 80 000 tons per year.

 Soufflet intends to hire Senior  Transport and Fleet Coordinator with solid experience in fast-moving consumer fleet operations across the country

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome visitors and answer inquiries.

  • Operate the reception area.  

  • Direct visitors to the concerned employee in the factory   

  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

  • Manage outsourced janitors’ daily office cleaning services.

  • Control catering service delivery and take appropriate measures if necessary.

  • Identify needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen.

  • Process administrative purchase requests from various departments within the company and get price quotes for suppliers and forward to the procurement department. 

  • Schedule deliveries and follow up on missing or late deliveries.

  • provide periodic progress reports to direct management. 

  • Performs other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

Education:    Diploma/TVET Level III or equivalent in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Office Administration or equivalent

Experience:  At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Technical Skills:      

Skill in the operation of telephone equipment.

  • Good knowledge of telephone system operations and regulations

  • Good knowledge of switchboard operation system

  • Ability to effectively communicate.

  • Ability to deal with people courteously.

  • Ability to safeguard confidentiality of information.

  • Ability to answer calls with tact judgment and poise.

  • Ability to operate under heavy traffic load.

  • Fluent in Amharic and English Languages.
