Job Description
Leads the performance of day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability within minimal interruption. Provides technical support, responds to work orders and tickets from the users, analyzes and solves reported network problems.
Job Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, telecommunication or a related field.
Experience
3 to 5 years Proven experience as a Network Operator or in a similar role.

Special Skill
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
