Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our HR team. The HR Officer will do HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.

  • Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, assisting in conflict resolution, and participating in disciplinary meetings when necessary.

  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field

  • 1(one) year plus experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Prior internship or work experience in an HR role is a plus.
