Management Trainee Program:

The major objective of this Management  trainee program is to empower fresh graduates and prepare them for future leadership career .

Responsibilities

• Participating in class room or on-the-job training actively.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.

• Compiling reports and making presentations

• Providing new ideas for improvement of our operation

• Bringing positive energy into the company, and build enduring professional relationships with customers and staff.

• Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization

• Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business

• Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department

Job Requirements

Education

• First Degree in Electrical,Mechanical ,Industrial  engineering from reputable Universities in 2023 with CGPA of above 2.8 and above for both Male & Female.
