Job Summary

The Senior Systems is responsible for the crucial job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition he/she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring and upgrading of Operating System, End User applications, IT equipment and Support systems.

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer engineering or any other equivalent field.

•  Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A+ is an added advantage.

 Experience

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience.

Required Technical Competency

• Experienced Service Management professional.

•  Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.

•  Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.

•  Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.

•  Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•  Understanding of IP networks traffic, firewalls, routing and switching

•  Able to troubleshoot IT equipment
