Our Company, AHUNUNU Trading Private Limited Company, is looking to hire professionals for the position mentioned below.

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Direct Report: Sales, Marketing, Business Development Managers

Reports to: Deputy CEO/MD

Purpose of the Job:

Under the general directive of the DEPUTY CEO/MD, the COMMERCIAL MANAGER plan, organize, direct and coordinate the overall activities of MARKETING, SALES & BUSIESS DEV’T and customer service organs of the Firm. Administer functions of marketing and business development, customer service, call centre, advertisement & promotion as per the laid down directives; installs and ensures that all commercial activities and documentations are properly performed as per procedures and directives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, manage and coordinate the overall functions of marketing, key accounts sales, business development, customer service and Call Centre, advertisement & promotion, and management are performed as per the laid down policies ,rules regulations and procedures ;

  • Ensure that marketing, sales and business development policies and procedures are developed and implemented to encourage high standard market & sales performance;

  • Ascertain that vacant positions are timely filled with competently skilled and qualified employees on either permanent or contractual basis, as the case maybe;

  • Initiate and recommends new or revised regulations on marketing, sales and business development and training;

  • Ascertain that appropriate job description is provided to all marketing, sales and business developmentt employees of his/her department;

  • Represent the Firm in major relationships with customers, sellers, and government organizations.

  • Ensure that annual budget and work programs for all the marketing, key accounts sales, business development, customer service and call center, advertisement & promotion organs he/she is responsible prepared and that performance is evaluated against plan.

  • Undertake service portfolio analysis of the Firm’s existing service mix, proposes appropriate the overall activities related to sales, customers services provision, key account sales, call center and distributors relationship building and maintaining, ideas based thereon.

  • Ensure that proper sales promotional tools are designed to enable the Firm create awareness, promote trust and establish confidence with existing and potential customers as well as achieve Firm’s business development objectives.

  • Evaluate existing customer service and service lines offered and competitors strategies to promote service of the Firm;

  • Prepare periodic and factual the overall activities related to sales, customers services provision, key account sales, call center and relationship reports.

  • Performs other related duties as may be required

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience out of which two(2) years at Senior Leadership level OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years at Senior Leadership level
