Kegna Beverages Share Company or KBSC in short is a Beverage Manufacturing Industry officially established by shareholders on April 1, 2017. The beverage green field project is located in Oromia Regional State  West Shewa Zone, on the outskirt of Ginchi town while the project office is located at Kazanchis,  Elilly International Hotel, New building, 10th floor,  Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  

The company will engage in producing quality alcoholic & non- alcoholic beverages brands which will inspire human beings in the first phase and also have 2nd phase expansion plan to produce carbonated water, Juices and other portfolios. Job Summary

The commercial planning is responsible for creating and executing plans that help the company achieve its sales goals. He/she is also responsible to develop the training programs or other initiatives to ensure that their team has the skills they need to succeed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Actively support volume forecasting via use of trends and analyses of data as a primary input. Make marketing concepts operational

  2. Identify sales gaps in regions and propose corrective action

  3. Responsible for the management of cross functional project teams for effective planning of BTL activities ( coordinate and ensure each teams delivers the requirement for bold execution on time

  4. Ensures availability of execution tools working in collaboration with Marketing/ Production/Procurement etc

  5. Ensures all BTL Marketing activities proposals are in line with the trade strategy and that customer insight Field constraints and customer information are taken into account.

  6. Ensure key controls are in place and respected for each activity.

  7. Ensure field teams and company staff engagement to programs through clear and inspiring briefings with support capability team when applicable

  8. Support M&E of activities working with Brand team/Finance

  9. Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Academic requirement:

  • MSc or BSc Degree in Marketing Management, Sales Management or related fields of study

Work experience: 

  • For MSC/MA, 6 years and for BSC/BA, 8 years relevant work experience in Sales Management and in Beverage Industries
