Kegna Beverages Share Company or KBSC in short is a Beverage Manufacturing Industry officially established by shareholders on April 1, 2017. The beverage green field project is located in Oromia Regional State  West Shewa Zone, on the outskirt of Ginchi town while the project office is located at Kazanchis,  Elilly International Hotel, New building, 10th floor,  Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  

The company will engage in producing quality alcoholic & non- alcoholic beverages brands which will inspire human beings in the first phase and also have 2nd phase expansion plan to produce carbonated water, Juices and other portfolios. Job Summary

  • The RTM manager is responsible to coordinate route to market activities to drive an efficient and effective, sales distribution across all distribution locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and leads national RTM (Route to Market) strategies

  • Ensures sales and distribution model in line with company strategies

  • Executes and evaluates RTM performance distributor infrastructure

  • Develops & communicates best practice

  • Collaborates with the commercial team to develop a solid and optimized RTM strategy including of Urban and Rural areas

  • Coordinates and develop annual business plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with commercial team

  • Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors dashboard performance

  • Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Academic requirement: MSC/MA//BSC/BA in Marketing Management/Sales Management or related fields of study

  • Work experience: For MSC/MA, 4 years and for BSC/BA, 6 years relevant work experience in Sales managerial and in Beverage Industries.
