SSP is involved in the production of tablets / capsules (annual capacity of 5 billion units) and injection products in the form of ampules (annual capacity of 300 million ampules) and large volume infusions (annual capacity of over 10 million liters/bags) by using fully automatic and semiautomatic state of the art technology. We are pleased to announce the availability of operator positions within our organization: Light Inspection, Filling, and Ingredients Operator.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Shall initiate a request to the Engineering Department for the maintenance of machineries and equipment for any technical problem and assures that they are properly and timely maintained.

• Shall follow that all operations are done according to Standard Operating Procedures and GMP guidelines.

• Obeys and enforces safety regulations and use of protective devices as issued.

• Registers production downtimes and the cause.

• Shall work to avoid or reduce product raw material or packing material wastage during operation.

• Obeys company policies, rules and regulations.

• Performs any other duties as required.

• Shall clean machineries parts, equipment and manufacturing premises accordance to the given SOP.

• Confirms the cleanness and safety of the machineries before starting the operation.

• Records the item, batch No., manufacturing date, expiry date, output and other technical matters in the daily activity register book.

• Shall Work to achieve the maximum operating efficiency and manufacturing plan.

• Checks that different batches not mixed-up during the operation process.

• Shall work to reduce product and material wastage and downtime.

• Shall Conduct Minor maintenance of machineries.

• Shall assemble and disassemble the machinery and equipment.

• Shall immediately report to his immediate supervisor whenever there are unusual technical problems.

• Shall work in shift when assigned.

• Shall always prepare and adjust the machines according to manufacturer’s manual and given SOP.

• Shall arrange the bulk product according to the established procedure for next operation.

• Shall always be properly dressed with given working clothes and keeps his personal hygiene at high level.

• Shall Initiates a request for the required supplies. (Cleaning material, gloves and so on).
