Job Summary:
The Business Development Intern is responsible for supporting the business development team in its efforts to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. The intern will work closely with the business development director to research and analyze market data, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with potential clients.
Engages in project based and other forms partnership with individual consultants and big consulting firms;
Follows up on partnership activities, collaborations and networking, and reports progress;
Maintains a great continuing relationship with current partners and offers new ways to further strengthen the partnership;
Draft or prepare partnership related MoU and contractual agreements;
Serving as a point of contact for existing clients to create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management;
Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationship;
Searches for projects, screening and preparing sections a technical proposal (form team, prepare CV, prepare(customize) company experience;
Prepare capability and experience) and submission of bids
Compiles the company’s experience and prepares Expression of Interest for different calls based on client’s requirement;
Compiles/revises the company’s experience and prepares BID documents for different invitations from clients;
Engage in publicizing, networking, and conveying firm expertise and project portfolios that enhances its visibility within the firm;
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients by identifying new market areas, current trends, potential clients, and service requirements;
Contribute to the development and improvement of the business operation and its day-to-day activities;
Assist in the design of marketing strategy for geographical and service diversification;
Assist in carrying out market research to identify and map new service offerings and ensure sustainable firm growth;
Contribute to firm growth through engaging continuous networking and client relationship-building works;
Negotiating and finalizing deals by the company’s contract guidelines and policies;
Ability to work under stress and juggle multiple assignments, meet given deadlines through prioritizing and organizing;
Engage in continuous communication and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders (business partners; consultants, potential partners, the senior management etc);
Adhere to the organizational core values, policies, work rules, and procedures in the daily functioning;
Handle all other activities as may be required by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience:
BA Degree in Business Management, Communication, Journalism, Marketing Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 0 - 1 years of related work experience is plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is highly required;
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail
High level of creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills;
Technical and other skills:
Ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-driven with a passion for driving organizational growth.
