Job Description

  • A Chef de Partie, or Line Cook, is responsible for food preparation. Their primary duties include preparing food before meal service begins, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating cooked foods.

Job Requirement

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Certificate in Food preparation/Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation/ Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making catering institute /TVET/College/University with a Minimum of five years relevant experience at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5 star Hotel.
