Job Description

  • The commis chef prepares food items and assists the chef de partie in preparing and cooking meals. The commis chef partakes in washing, peeling, and cutting the fruits and vegetables needed for meals. Seasoning, and preparing ingredients is also required.

Job Requirement

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A Minimum of Level 10+2/Level II Certificate  in Food Preparation/  Kitchen Operation / Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation /*Confectionery/*Baking and Pastry or any related field of study from recognized TVET/ College/  Institute with a minimum of two years related experience in a big scale catering instutes or hotel Services.
 
N.B.: Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.
