Job Description

Principal Risk & Compliance Management Officer is responsible to review loss and risk trend (severity and frequency) & reviews relevant research output on the Bank’s process, product and services from risk angle. He/She also Identifies risks inherent in the Bank’s operational system and procedure. Identifies, analyzes and measures potential risks. Develops and updates inventory of rules, regulations, guidelines and practices. Identifies International, national laws and regulations that affects the operation of the Bank. Analyzes and estimates the consequences of non-compliance. Considers and identifies any uncertainties which lead to compliance.

Job Requirement

Required Education and Experience:

MA/MBA/BA Degree Accounting/ Economics/Management/Business Administration or business related field of study with a minimum of 5/6 years work experience in risk/compliance management of which 1 year at Senior Officer Position.
