Essential Function

• Monitor and give assurance that the comprehensive risk management program is adequately and effectively implemented,

• Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the bank and disclosing using quarterly report,

• Conduct through risk assessment and mechanism to mitigate potential risks,

• Participate in the process of developing risk policies and procedures and programs,

• Identify prevalent risk areas within the bank as per the internationally accepted best practices and by considering the Ethiopian Financial sector perspectives,

• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

MBA/MA/BA in Marketing and communication, Business Administration, Management, any other related fields with 3.5 /5.5 years of experience in relevant fields in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
