Job Description
Under the supervision of the DSG for Resource Management, the ERP Project and Quality Assurance Manager is expected to ensure the successful implementation of the Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project within the specified timeline and budget including overseeing all aspects of the pre and post project implementation, from defining requirements and selecting vendors to customizing and testing the system. The manager will also establish quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the Cloud ERP system, while minimizing risks and addressing user resistance, enhancing operational efficiency and integrating the Cloud ERP system seamlessly within AACCSA.

Qualification Requirement:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Communication Technology, Compute Engineering, Relevant certifications in project management
Work Experience: Minimum of experience 10 years for BSc and 8 years for MSc in related position.
Proven experience in managing and successfully implementing ERP projects, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling phases.
Experience in quality assurance and quality management, preferably in ERP systems or complex software implementations more than 5 years.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, their functionalities, and integration with various business processes.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to project management and quality assurance.
Experience in managing stakeholders, coordinating project teams, and working with cross-functional teams.
Good Knowledge of chamber of commerce, change management principles and methodologies.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, practices, and tools for software testing and defect management.
Knowledge of ERP systems and their components (e.g., finance, membership, human resources, procurement, etc.) to effectively manage the implementation.
Proven excellent leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate project teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and project teams.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify project risks, issues, and areas for improvement.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changes, manage conflicts, and make decisions under pressure.
Attention to detail to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Employment Type: Six Months contract with possible extension
