The purpose of the Attorney position is but not limited to the following:

• Represents Harbu MFI in legal settings, ensuring the institution’s interests are vigorously advocated for in legal proceedings.

• Assists in drafting and reviewing legal documents and opinions related to claims, proposed acts and contracts, facilitating access for relevant work units within Harbu Microfinance institution

• Assist in Development of policies, rules and regulations and actively engage in other legal-related discussions and activities to promote legal compliance and sound business practices.

Job Requirement

• Education and Work Experience: Education: LLB Degree in Law /A minimum of two years relevant experience

Place of Work: Stationed at Head Office of Harbu MFI, Addis Ababa & frequent travel at Region Jimma Region, Eastern & Western Gojjam
