Analyzes deficiencies in service or performance and recommends product or service improvements to address problems. Designs and implements defect reduction programs.
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the area of IT project quality assurance, software testing and IT project management.
Knowledge of IT project management.
Knowledge on recent software tests and Quality Assurance tools.
Knowledge of enterprise applications SIT and UAT test case Development and Management.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa V. No HO/01371/23
