Job Description
Position Title: Accounting Clerk
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Overall Objective
To support HO Admin and Finance Assistant in proper filling, scanning, and photo copying supporting documents.
Major Roles:
ü Preparing supporting documents for scanning (removing staples and paper clips, plastering small size receipts with A4 size paper, and writing the corresponding BPV, JV and CRV numbers on supporting documents)
ü Cancel supporting documents with “PAID” stamp.
ü Scan supporting documents for reporting to ICAP NY and for electronic filling/back-up of monthly financial documents.
ü Rename the scanned supporting documents so that every document bears the corresponding BPV, JV and CRV numbers.
ü Maintain proper filling of vouchers, ledgers, reports, and other records.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
Ø BA Degree or Diploma in Social Science Fields with 2/0 years
Ø related experience
Ø Good computer skill in MS Offices and
Ø Adequate skill in operating Scanning and Photocopy machines.
