We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-numerical-control (CNC) machines, ensuring the production of high-quality precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating CNC machines and related softwares like AutoCad, Aspire, Corel & ArtCam, possess a strong attention to detail, and exhibit a commitment to safety and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines based on work orders and specifications.

• Load materials into the machine, adjust machine settings, and oversee the machining process to ensure accurate and precise production of parts.

• Monitor machine operation, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools to ensure they meet desired specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and prioritize daily production tasks.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma Electromechanical or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, tools, and software.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

• Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Basic computer skills for machine programming and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and procedures.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
