Metropolitan Real Estate is looking for “Sales Representatives” who are passionate about sales and committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service.

Responsibilities;

• Meet with clients to discuss their home purchase and sale needs

• Take clients to home showings and open houses

• Follow up with clients on their real estate needs and stay in regular contact with them

• Act in a manner consistent with the company's high image, reputation and reliability

• Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Company

• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration or in a related field

•  2+ years sales experience; preferably 1+ years of Real Estate Sales experiences

•  A people-oriented, positive, and customer-centric attitude.

Excellent negotiation skills
