Job Description

The Ashewa Technology Solution’s Marketing Division Manager, led by Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO), will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategies and initiatives of Ashewa Technology Solution S.C. The primary focus of this role will be to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, manage the marketing team, and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. The Marketing Division Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to achieve marketing goals and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing Strategies:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

  •  Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and identify target markets and segments.

  •  Identify key marketing channels and tactics to effectively reach the target audience.

2. Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including hiring and training new members.

  •  Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and guidance to team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.

3. Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Ashewa Technology Solution S.C.

  • Manage brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.

  • Ensure consistent and effective branding in all marketing activities.

4. Marketing Campaigns:

  •  Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.

  •  Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results and ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and company initiatives.

5. Budget Management:

  •  Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support marketing initiatives.

  •  Monitor and track marketing expenses, ensuring budget adherence.

6. Marketing Analytics:

  •  Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track marketing metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.

  • Identify areas of improvement and optimization based on data insights.

7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  •  Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  •  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

  • Use research findings to guide marketing strategies and identify unique selling propositions.

8. Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

  •  Collaborate with external agencies or partners for marketing projects, campaigns, and collaborations.

9. Stay Updated with Industry Best Practices:

  •  Continuously update knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and webinars to stay informed about the latest developments in marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  •  Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  •  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
