2.      Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:

•  Present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations to prospects.

•  Lead negotiations and handle objections to successfully close sales.

3.      Achieve Sales Targets:

•   Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.

• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

•    Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and pipeline to the sales manager.

4.      Collaboration and Coordination:

•  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging.

• Work closely with the customer support and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and successful onboarding of new customers.

•  Coordinate with other sales team members to leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

5.      Stay Informed and Updated:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and generate leads.

Job Requirements

•  Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the software or technology industry.

•  Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their benefits to businesses.

•  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to potential clients.

•  Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.

•  Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•   Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
