Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or in a related field of study with relevant working experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Assist in managing employee relations by addressing grievances, disputes, and workplace issues. - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and physical files. - Ensure proper stock and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all factory employees. - Assist in organizing events, training sessions, workshops, and engagement programs for factory employees. - Handle any other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager. Skills and Competencies: - Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. - Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince Duties & Responsibilites: - Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook. - Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations. - Maintain accurate employee records - Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department. - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. - Implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. - Address employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair, consistent manner.

Educational background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - In support of hiring managers and WVE People and Culture, coordinate and drive staff recruitment processes, including JD development, job advertisement, short-listing candidates, scheduling written tests and interviews, and follow-up on reference checks. - Support new staff through the onboarding process, ensuring that they have been fully oriented on WVE policies and technical aspects of their job and expectations.
