• To identify customer needs and expectations, to deliver service requests, ensuring the customer receives an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable and consistent in delivery, with the objective of achieving first contact resolution.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Auto Mechanic or Equivalent with minimum Diploma level 4 from a recognized and reputable technical college.

• Sound/ outstanding academic performance; Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Minimum of 3(three) years of practical experience after graduation.

• Sound experience on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles maintenance.

• Good in customer handling skill.

• Must have a high level of motivation and energy and must be proactive.

• Capable to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers if required.

• Experience in cars dealers repair shop is highly preferable.

• Must be able to operate Basic Computer Software applications.

• Must have good hand calligraphy.
