The purpose of the water technician position is, among other things, to facilitate assessment of rural water service potential accessibility; provide support to the design and preparation of bill of quantity of water schemes; work with private sector actors to facilitate access to water services, support quantifying  systems and procedures that ensure the access and proper use of water supply schemes, facilitate and support the planning, implementation and monitoring of the operation and installation of water supply schemes, facilitate and support commissioning of water pumps, generators, solar systems, hand-pumps, etc.; and facilitate the delivery of technical trainings to WASHCOs and WUAs. S/he will be engaged in the facilitation of the day-to-day operations of the project in areas of assignment

Job Requirement

• Qualification: MSc/BSc in Water Resource Engineering or related fields.

• Experience: At least 3/5 years relevant experience

• Quantity:  Two
