Under the supervision of the Program Operations Team Leader, the Senior Programs Operations Officer plans, organizes, and coordinates training programs. He/she follows-up and evaluates the performance of trainers, participates on conducting training impact assessment.

Job Requirement

• Education:   BA/MA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, Economics, Project Management or related fields of studies from recognized higher learning Institution

• Work Experience: Six years of experience for BA holders and 4 years of experience for MA holders in similar positions

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

• Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others;

• Good conceptual understanding of trade fair and event management;

• Firm belief in teamwork;

• Basic computer skills;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
