Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business units’ sales toward achieving revenue goals as per their strategic plan.

  • Developing and implementing effective sales, marketing and promotion strategies for each business units.

  • Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and support the business units to organizing them efficiently.

  • Reading industry publications, attending industry events, and understand competitors and target market/customers and devise plan accordingly.

  • Build and maintain relation with target market / buyers and oversee the management of key account buyers.

  • Identify, book and organize participation in exhibition in coordination with corporate admin and business units. 

  • Oversee the development and/or develop communication material which could include documentary; video; brochures/ flyer; company communication standards; logos; branding)

  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications.

  • Identify potential new market and convert target market in to sales by working with the business unit team.

  • Participate on the strategic plan preparation of each business unit and support the marketing departments on this process.

  • Work with business units & represent their market interest Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.

  • Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to marketing professionals in the business units.

  • Planning and executing campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines under each business units.

  • Conducting general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.

  • Controlling budgets and allocating resources amongst marketing and sales projects.

  • Monitoring progress and submitting performance reports.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management or related field

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Marketing lead in multifaceted company.

  • Proven experience in marketing management.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Marketing lead in multifaceted company. Having experience in a managerial position and experience working in a large corporation. 

Desirable experience and skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizing skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical and creative thinking

  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices1.

  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords.

  • Familiarity with production planning and inventory management systems.

  • Active in Marketing sales.

  • Must be hardworking and can make swift Decisions.
