Job Description

Job position: Junior Customer Officer:

We are looking for a Junior Customer Officer to handle customers requests, complaints, and process the information and assist accordingly. You will be  the primary contact person of the company for customers who need technical assistance, business information, and any other issues.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

§  Answer all calls and texts initiated by customers in professional manner;

§  Assist customers who need technical support in coordination with responsible department;

§  Provide information to new potential business partners;

§ Monitor overall customer satisfaction and design mechanism on how to improve customer satisfaction;

§  Any other related tasks;

Job Requirements:

§  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

§  Possess high behavioral standards, and can work independently;

§  Previous experience working as a  customer Officer is added advantage;

§  Patience and resilience; 

§  Diploma in IT, business,  Marketing, or a similar field;

§  Basic  knowledge of computer, Internet, social medias (Telegram, WhatsApp):

 §  Willing to take training

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable

Employment date: Immediate
