Duties & Responsibilities:

As an experienced bilingual technician at The Unity Group Ethiopia, you will:

• Install, configure, and maintain various technology systems, including access control, fire alarms, surveillance cameras, data networks, audio and video systems, LED systems, media centers, and conference room systems.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.

• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement custom solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in both Amharic and English.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in both languages.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills.

Job Requirements:

• To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Proven experience in the installation and service of technology systems, preferably in the areas mentioned above.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proficiency in both Amharic and English, including reading and writing.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills in both languages to interact with clients and colleagues.

• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites within Addis Ababa.
