Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and design psychometric tests customized for MSMEs and personalized lending.
· Consider relevant psychological factors such as leadership styles, decision-making processes, and financial behaviors in test design.
· Implement psychometric tests and oversee the data collection process.
· Conduct thorough analysis to extract meaningful patterns and insights related to MSME behavior, financial decision-making, and personalized lending risk assessment.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
· Integrate psychological insights into broader business strategies, with a focus on personalized lending within the MSME context.
· Provide clear and actionable feedback based on psychometric assessments.
· Assist in developing interventions and strategies to enhance MSME effectiveness and improve personalized lending risk management.
· Prepare detailed documentation outlining methodology, findings, and recommendations derived from psychometric assessments.
· Ensure clarity in documentation for stakeholders in both MSME and personalized lending domains.
· Stay informed about the latest trends and research in psychology, psychometrics, MSME dynamics, and personalized lending.
· Continuously improve the relevance and accuracy of assessments by incorporating the latest knowledge and methodologies.
Education: A PhD or Master's Degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years proven experience in designing and implementing psychometric tests, preferably in the context of organizational behavior, business settings, and personalized lending risk assessment.
Competency/Prerequisites:
· Strong Analytical & statistical
· Demonstrate strong analytical and statistical proficiency.
· Ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
· Specialized expertise in financial behavior analysis, particularly in the context of personalized lending.
· Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Convey complex psychological concepts & financial insights in a clear and understandable manner.
· Ability to work collaborate in a team environment and effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholder
· Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
