Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Act as the main point of contact between our organization and the bank.

·         Address and resolve any queries or concerns from the bank promptly.

·         Foster positive and collaborative relationships with banking partners.

·         Ensure accurate and timely reporting to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

·         Maintain comprehensive documentation related to guarantee transactions.

·         Assess and evaluate banks for participation in the guarantee program.

·         Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to streamline the application process.

·         Identify and address the ongoing training needs of banking partners.

·         Develop training programs to enhance the understanding of the guarantee program.

·         Actively promote the guarantee program and related products externally.

·         Cultivate positive relationships with external stakeholders, including potential clients and partners.

·         Implement effective day-to-day risk management strategies.

·         Work closely with internal teams to mitigate and address potential risks

Job Requirements: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of working experience in banking, finance, risk management, or a related field.

Competency/Prerequisites:

·         Proven experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector.

·         Strong understanding of guarantee programs, risk management, and banking operations.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

·         Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
