Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and effective training materials, leveraging various formats and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.

  • Ensure the seamless delivery of training sessions, utilizing innovative and interactive methods to enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention.

  • Implement robust evaluation mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, align programs with business goals, and ensure relevance to organizational objectives.

  • Stay abreast of learning technologies and incorporate them into training strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead and inspire a team of trainers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training initiatives and track metrics to demonstrate the impact on employee development and organizational success.

  • Manage the training budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact and return on investment.

  • Promote and instill a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development.

Job Requirements: 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in training and development or related fields.

Competency/Prerequisites:

·         Proficiency in creating diverse training content.

·         Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to captivate and motivate diverse audiences.

·         Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

·         Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

·         Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring training impact through data and metrics.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
