Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Communication and Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and amplifying our brand voice. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication and marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, managing media relations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

1.      Public Relations:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to build brand awareness, manage reputation, and achieve key PR objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts (journalists, bloggers, influencers, etc.) and secure positive media coverage.

  • Prepare press releases, media kits, talking points, and other PR materials.

  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends and inform communication strategies.

  • Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and other outreach activities.

2.      Marketing:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online, offline, social media, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

  • Manage the company website and social media channels, creating engaging content that aligns with brand voice and strategy.

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting, messaging, and deliverability.

  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to inform future strategies and optimize results.

  • Support product launches and other marketing initiatives with creative assets and strategic planning.

3.      Other Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all channels.

  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and support for campaigns and initiatives.

  • Manage budget for public relations and marketing activities.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in public relations and marketing.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations and marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.

  • Data analysis skills and ability to interpret and measure the results of communication and marketing campaigns.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
