Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of ADMIN & FINANCE SPECIALIST.
ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION: ADMIN & FINANCE SPECIALIST
FORM OF EMPLOYMENT: On Contract base
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BSc degree in any field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Administrative, Human Resource, financial or related areas.
Demonstrated experience in managing improvement initiatives and in designing and implementing training and professional development programs for TVT staff.
Knowledge and experience of adult pedagogy and learning styles.
A team player who can build a sense of community among staff and partners.
Ability to convey ideas and communicate concepts in writing with clarity and accuracy. Excellent listening and public speaking skills.
High degree of flexibility with an ability to make recommendations and gain buy-in to advance goals.
Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and accountability to oneself and others.
Culturally competent with the ability to seamlessly adapt in multicultural, multi-ethnic environments.
Willingness to work weekends and evenings, and travel as necessary.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of the ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable.
