Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform routine tests to verify product consistency, nutrient content (e.g., NPK levels), and compliance with organic certification standards (e.g., OMRI, USDA Organic). - Prepare and test organic liquid fertilizer samples, including raw materials (e.g., compost extracts, bio-stimulants) and finished products, using techniques such as pH testing, nutrient analysis, and microbial assays. - Assist in developing and optimizing organic fertilizer formulations by mixing ingredients, monitoring fermentation processes, and documenting outcomes under senior staff supervision.
