Demanded position - 1
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Ensure business transactions are reported following generally accepted accounting principles
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Oversee the process of inspecting and counting all imported items upon arrival at the warehouse
Ensure timely transfer of all imported items to the storekeeper in accordance with reception.
Supervise the storekeeper in preparing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) for all in-house items and Store Issue Voucher (SIV) for all out-house items.
Verify the accurate recording of all imported items in both the warehouse and accounting systems
Reconcile inventories between the warehouse system and accounting system on a monthly basis, taking immediate corrective action in case of any discrepancies.
Conduct physical counts of all inventory items at the end of each budget year in collaboration with internal and external auditors, starting from the first day of the next budget year
Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to simple to complex problems related to daily activities,

Job Requirements
6+ years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
