The Security Supervisor will oversee facility security to protect all company assets. The Security Supervisor also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the daily workflow of logistics of materials in the factory, form security and get-pass point of view

• Schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.

• When materials are in and out, serves as the last peroneal for deciding on security clearance; authorize for security clearance processing with 3rd party security employees working at the gates of the factory

• Manages the factory security personnel at all factories

• Manages the movements (in and out) of materials from and to the factory

• Keep record of daily FG, RM, PM and other items movement and generates a report of

• 24 hour report on dispatched FG

• 24 hour report on other items dispatched (i.e maintenance, scrap sales, garbage….)

• 24 hour report on Raw Materials received, RM & PM

• 24 hour report on returns (both RM, PM and FG)

• 24 hour report on Security camera review

• Implements the security procedure of the company

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

COMPETENCIES: -

• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.

• Excellent supervisory skill.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Other competencies

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Ability to walk around and stand for longer period in different areas of the factory to conduct inspections and plan security procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Experience:

• Proven experience in data management excel and work use, email writing

• Proven experience as Security Supervisor or similar position.

• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)

• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
