Job Description

  • Credit & Saving Division Manager Researching and evaluating clients' creditworthiness. Creating credit scoring models to predict risks. Approving or rejecting loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or related field

Experience:

  • 6 years relevant microfinance or banking experience 2 of which in senior positions

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles & practices

  • Comprehensive knowledge of credit management, resource mobilization & reporting

  •  Excellent knowledge of the financial regulations of the national bank

  • Good knowledge of company governing policies

  • Ability to supervise & control branches

NB: – Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory.

Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration.
