Customer service officer answers customer questions about basic banking services, such as account balances and interest rates and fees. They also help customers protect their accounts by reviewing suspicious activity, reversing transactions, and reissuing compromised debit and credit cards. They handle customers' financial transactions, including cashing cheques, completing money transfers and opening and closing accounts
Job Requirement
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management/ Economics/ Accounting & Finance/ Marketing /Banking & Finance/ Business Administration and any business related field of study and 3 years’ work experience in banking operations
