Job Description
Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.
Job Requirement
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Banking and Finance /Accounting and Finance or business related field of study with 6 years of experience in banking operations out of which 2 years as Senior Interest free banking Officer. Experience in interest free banking is highly desirable.
