Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision and Coordination

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning and security staff.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

• Ensure efficient and effective execution of cleaning and security operations.

Cleaning Management

• Supervise and participate in cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

• Monitor and ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.

• Implement and maintain high cleaning standards throughout the facility.

Security Operations

• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures.

• Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or incidents.

• Conduct regular security checks and inspections.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on cleaning and security activities.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and security incidents.

Job Requerments

• Completion of Grade 10 and above

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cleaning and security roles.

• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.

Competencies

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and security protocols.
