WHO WE NEED TO HIRE?
Good Sales & Marketing Knowledge Background with Telecom, Telebirr, SIM CARD and EVD Distribution sector.
A person who can supervise all telecom operations & teams. An expert in Outdoor Sales tasks.
A candidate with an Excellent Communication, Competent, Self-Driven & Motivated
A graduate of Diploma/BA in Management, Marketing, Sales or Business Administration or in Customer Service disciplines with 1 /One/ years Outdoor Telebirr and SIM CARD selling & distribution Experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Finding potential EVD agents in Wolaita sodo (Arba minch ) and nearby zone/woredas.
Registering telebirr agent, merchant and customer.
Finding potential SIM Card Retailers.
Visiting and motivating inactive agents
Oversee & supervise overall telecom related operations of in your region.
Follow up the SIM card/Customer/Agent/Merchant registration process on daily, weekly & monthly basis & will report the sales status to your line manager accordingly & timely.
Responsible for enabling sales person to meet their daily, weekly & monthly targets.
Maximize company profits in your supervised areas.
You may travel to different agent locations & ethio telecom offices for agent/customer registration & activation purpose.
You will follow up & report team’s attendance issues to HR Office immediately.
And will perform other tasks assigned by your Line manager or GM or by other Top Management team.
Key Skills Language & Proficiency:
Sales Knowledge: – selling services of the company at maximum effort.
Willingness to Travel: – As an Regional supervisor, you may travel in different areas within your assigned region to follow up & support. Also you will give technical support for agents & will resolve problems. So, you should be ready & committed to travel extensively to meet the given Marketing & Sales targets.
Basic Understanding of Technology: – Successful Regional supervisor should know how to use Android/IOS devices.
Communication Skills: – superb verbal and written communication skills & Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills are needed to successfully complete sales.
Goal-Oriented: – Marketing & Sales Lead are required to meet high level & corporate Marketing & Sales goals.
Outstanding analytic skills.
Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed.
Strong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with care.
An excellent leadership & supervisory skill.
