IFB Branch Operation Support Officer

Job Summary

  • The IFB Branch Operations Support Officer is responsible for providing support to branches on IFB-related customer services in accordance with IFB standards and guidelines.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management or in a related fields

Job Requirements

Experience

·         At least Four (4) years post qualification experience in a similar role.

Required Technical Competency

  • Understanding of Interest Free (Islamic) banking operation, IFB Deposit and Investment/Financing products and working knowledge Shari’ah principles pertaining to IFB.

  •  Understanding of relevant Shari’ah requirements applicable to Islamic financial business.

  • Knowledge of IFB mode of finance/investments and associated risks

  • Proven experience in bank processes standardization and process improvement.              

  • Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and internal control guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.                                                                     

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service environment.
