Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all financial transactions. - Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial files and records. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and report any variances to management. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.

MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Review payment requests for accuracy, completeness, compliance, level of authorization and clarity on the invoices. - Review disbursement requests for accuracy, documentation and validity; effect payment to the right vendor from the right project. - Review accounts on regular basis to ensure the balances are complete and accurate. - Recording of all project office financial transactions into the SOS financial recording and meeting all submission dates and reporting requirements as required by the Program Accountant.

BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Preparing of cash payment voucher, Invoice, withholding tax payment voucher.   - Filing and arranging of Invoice, cash and other finance related documents.   - Follow-up on cash disbursement process at cash disbursement spot.  - Closely working with Accountant, SFO and FO to support & to build capacity in managing finance related issues.
