The purpose of a Research Section Head is to provide management and leadership, research planning and implementation of new programs, protocols and overseeing the development of new products from the initial planning phase to implementation or production. Keep track all costs related to the development of new products and optimization of products.  

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as Head of Research

• Knowledge of Research

• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Proficient in MS Office

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

• Strong ethics and reliability

• Bsc Degree  in Applied Chemistry Or Food Science and Other related field
