Purpose of the Job:
To support the profitability of the service line by carrying out assignments diligently and timely as per the firm’s professional standard, handling multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring quality deliverables in every assignment, conduct market research, develop business strategies, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities and maintaining the relationship with existing clients.
Participate and Initiate a strategy development for discovering and securing new business opportunities, to expand market share and customer acceptance that leads to revenue growth;
Implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans;
Assesses potential third part clients in terms of income potential and mission fit;
Strategize work plan in accordance with the types of clients need;
Execute, and realizes business growth goals;
Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information;
Closes new business deals by participating in development and negotiation of contracts;
Assist in arranging business meetings with prospective clients;
Working closely with staff across service lines to assist their business development needs;
Assist with preparing business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required;
Organizes regular client visit to prospect customers, officials and other stakeholders;
Attend networking events, different meetings, official events, promotional activities and government-led seminars to enhance the firm’s visibility;
Communicate with existing clients regarding new developments in the firm and maintain long-lasting relationships;
Assist in providing feedback and after-sales support during the lifecycle of an advisory engagement;
Assesses the attitude of the customers’ experience towards the Firm and report the result to the Partners on a regular basis;
Knowledge of social media management and content creation;
Assist /Support service-line in proposal development;
Timely deliverables of assignments and project execution;
Demonstration of technical know-how and capabilities in own work area;
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education and Experience Required
BA in Business Management, Marketing, Sales and other related fields.
4 years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, Business Consulting, Marketing and related fields.
Certification or License Required
No
Ability and Skill Required
Having a good understanding on business development process and tools.
Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Team spirit/working in a team.
Interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets , PowerPoint, MS word-, canva.
Disciplined, organized.
Open-minded, self-learner.
