Job Description
WMG Biomedical Engineering PLC, a reputable and fast-growing company specializing in exporting oil seeds, seeds, mines, and other commodities, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective export strategies to expand market reach and maximize profitability.
Identify potential international markets and establish strong business relationships with overseas clients.
Coordinate and manage all export-related activities, including documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, including procurement, quality control, and logistics.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, propose improvements, and implement corrective measures.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
Build and lead a high-performing export team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or any related field.
Proven two or three years’ experience
Proven track record in international sales or exports, preferably within the agricultural or mining industry.
Strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
